Market and counterparty risks

Bitcoin can lose substantial value. A saved contract price does not guarantee a future resale price. This is a direct trade with the seller, without escrow; you depend on the seller to verify payment and deliver the agreed BTC.

Payment and address risks

Bank transfers may be delayed or rejected. Bitcoin transactions sent to an incorrect address cannot simply be reversed. Verify the receiving wallet, beneficiary and amount, and keep your private order link confidential.

Complaints and payment disputes

Use the private contract chat to describe a delay or error without posting credentials. After the payment window, use the dispute action when available. The seller handles this discussion directly. The site does not promise automatic refunds, chargeback protection or independent arbitration; ask for the applicable resolution before sending additional funds.
