No. LocalBTC currently requests no identity documents. Bank transfers and blockchain transactions leave records; other providers may require identity checks.

The usual target is around one hour. Availability, manual review, bank settlement and Bitcoin confirmations can extend that time.

A bank account is assigned when the operator approves a contract. Always use the beneficiary and IBAN displayed in that contract.
